Legal Entity Notice: This document governs your usage of the platforms, web services, APIs, and applications provided by APNAKHARCHA TECHNOLOGIES (Government of India MSME Registered Enterprise under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-29-0265650), having its principal office at FF2 First Floor, K6, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201009, India.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ApnaKharcha (https://apnakharcha.in and https://manage.apnakharcha.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and APNAKHARCHA TECHNOLOGIES (MSME Registration: UDYAM-UP-29-0265650).

2. Description of Services

ApnaKharcha provides personal expense tracking, double-entry cashbook accounting, bank reconciliation, sales CRM, GST invoicing, and integration with digital recharge/utility payment services.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized financial transactions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software algorithms, database designs, source code, visual branding, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of APNAKHARCHA TECHNOLOGIES. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse-engineering, or white-labeling is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Terms & Third-Party Gateways

Free tier features remain free. Any paid add-on services, wallet top-ups, API recharge services, or business plans are billed according to stated pricing. Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant aggregators including Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. and NPCI-authorized partner networks.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
