Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, contact phone number, and organization name (for business ERP users).
Financial Transaction Records: User-inputted daily expenses, income transactions, category tags, accounts, invoices, and payment receipts logged directly by you.
SMS & Text Clipboard Parsing (Client-Side Only): When using our Smart Bank SMS / UPI Auto-Logger, pasted transaction SMS text is parsed strictly inside your local web browser using client-side regular expressions. We NEVER store, inspect, transmit, or retain your raw private SMS messages on our servers. Zero bank passwords, MPINs, or OTPs are ever requested or logged.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain your personal cashbook and business ERP accounts.
To calculate monthly spending summaries, BRS reconciliation, tax invoice PDF generation, and analytical charts.
To authenticate your session securely and prevent unauthorized access.
We strictly DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or financial data to third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or credit agencies.

4. Data Storage and Security

We deploy industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption (HTTPS) in transit and secure database storage with strict tenant isolation. Only authenticated users have access to their respective cashbooks and enterprise modules.

5. Third-Party API Services (Recharge, BBPS & Payments)

When you initiate utility recharges, bill payments, or gateway transactions powered by authorized partners (such as Cashfree, PaySprint, or BBPS), required transaction parameters are transmitted securely via encrypted API channels compliant with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations and NPCI guidelines.
